AI workflow tools your district can actually deploy.

Built by classroom educators. Architected by enterprise IT leadership. Designed to live alongside Microsoft Copilot, Google Classroom, and your existing systems — not replace them.

TeachSmartHQ™ is a structured teacher workflow layer for lesson planning, differentiation, special education documentation, parent communication, and the documentation-heavy work that consumes teacher time. Powered by Anthropic AI. FERPA and COPPA aligned. Pilot-ready.

Why Districts Choose TeachSmartHQ™

The structured AI workflow districts can actually support.

Most AI tools in education are built like consumer chatbots. TeachSmartHQ™ is built like a classroom workflow system — structured, reviewable, compliant, and designed from day one around the privacy and procurement questions district leaders actually need answered.

Privacy posture is the starting point

No student PII collected by design. Server-side name scrubbing in every generator. Encrypted saved content. Privacy discipline led by IT leadership with HIPAA-grade experience.

Fast teacher time-to-value

Click-and-go workflow tools. No prompt engineering, no AI training curve. Teachers generate classroom-ready output in their first training session.

Fits your existing stack

Works alongside Microsoft Copilot, Google Classroom, Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, Skyward, Goalbook, and most LMS platforms. Not a replacement — a workflow layer.

Who Built This

Built by, with, and for educators.

TeachSmartHQ™ is built on three distinct capability areas — all aligned around one goal: tools teachers can actually use, in systems districts can actually support. Product decisions are shaped daily by working alongside certified K-12 educators. Curriculum and training are led by advanced-degree specialists. The platform itself is architected by enterprise IT leadership with HIPAA-grade privacy experience.

Classroom Experience

Grounded in real K-12 classrooms

Product decisions are informed by ongoing daily collaboration with certified teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff — capturing the documentation pain points, IEP workflow friction, and daily work that consumes teacher time. Every feature is tested against what teachers actually live with.

Curriculum & Training

Advanced-degree curriculum expertise

Teacher training and curriculum design are led by educators with graduate-level preparation in Curriculum & Instructional Design, including doctoral-level study. Every pilot program and district implementation includes structured training built by someone who knows how teachers learn.

Enterprise IT Architecture

HIPAA-grade privacy discipline

Architected by enterprise IT leadership that has spearheaded major IT initiatives at GE, Motorola, and Medicaid — including direct work implementing privacy, security, and compliance frameworks at HIPAA-grade scale. That enterprise discipline shapes how TeachSmartHQ™ is built, operated, and secured.

Compliance & Trust

Procurement-ready out of the box.

TeachSmartHQ™ is designed to answer the questions that come up on every district privacy review. Our full posture is documented in our Privacy Policy.

District & School FAQ

The questions we hear most from decision-makers before running a pilot or rolling TeachSmartHQ™ out district-wide.

How does school and district pricing work?

School pilot programs run from $2,500 to $7,500 per school and include onboarding support, teacher training, and implementation guidance. District-wide licensing is structured based on size and implementation needs.

Is TeachSmartHQ™ FERPA compliant?

Yes — TeachSmartHQ™ is built with FERPA and COPPA alignment. Generators never require real student PII, and a server-side scrubbing layer ensures names are never echoed in output. Our security posture is led by enterprise IT leadership with direct experience at HIPAA-grade scale.

Does it work with Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, and Google Classroom?

Yes. TeachSmartHQ™ works alongside Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, Skyward, Goalbook, Google Classroom, Microsoft Copilot, IEP systems, and most LMS platforms. It is a structured teacher workflow layer, not an LMS replacement.

How does the pilot program work?

A paid pilot starts with a select group of teachers using the system in real classrooms. Pilots include onboarding, teacher training, and implementation support. The paid model ensures both sides are committed and the implementation gets proper attention.

What is Anthropic AI?

Anthropic is a leading AI research company that builds advanced AI systems focused on safety, accuracy, and helpful output. When you see “Powered by Anthropic AI” on TeachSmartHQ™ tools, that is the engine under the hood — chosen specifically because it produces stronger, more structured, classroom-ready output for educators.

What does implementation look like?

Implementation begins with an onboarding call, followed by teacher account setup, training, and a written setup guide. Teachers begin generating real classroom materials within the first week. A typical school pilot runs 4–6 weeks with email support throughout.

Do you offer training for teachers?

Yes. Training is included in every pilot and district implementation. In-person training is built on Curriculum & Instructional Design expertise, including graduate and doctoral-level preparation. On-demand video training is also included.

How quickly can teachers start using the tools?

Most teachers generate their first usable lesson plan, PLAAFP draft, or worksheet within the first training session. The system is designed for click-and-go use — no prompt writing, no AI training required.

Can we execute a Data Privacy Agreement (DPA)?

Yes. We can execute a standard district DPA, including NDPA templates, for school and district accounts. Email privacy@teachsmarthq.com to initiate a DPA for your district.

Let’s start a district conversation.

Whether you are scoping a single-school pilot or a district-wide rollout, we will make the privacy, procurement, and implementation conversation as straightforward as possible.
