Digital Product Policy
TeachSmartHQ products are digital products and may be delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital access may be provided right away, refunds are limited to the terms stated in this policy.
- Refunds are available only during the applicable guarantee period.
- After 30 days, purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Refund requests may be denied in cases of repeated refund abuse, excessive downloading, content misuse, or other misuse of the product.
Please note: A refund request does not automatically cancel any future subscription billing unless the subscription is also canceled.

If you purchase TeachSmartHQ Pro or any future subscription-based product, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
- Cancellation prevents future charges.

Schools & District Services
Services related to AI implementation for schools, districts, leadership teams, staff development, consulting engagements, or custom support are customized services. Refund eligibility for those services will be outlined in the specific proposal, agreement, statement of work, or invoice provided to the organization.
